Do Any of these Feel Familiar?

01

Silos & Own Goals

Teams work in silos and focus on their own goals rather than the shared result.

02

Inconsistent Results

Talented people work hard, but team results remain inconsistent.

03

Weak Commitment

Few people speak up in meetings; discussions often end with apparent agreement but little genuine commitment.

04

Unresolved Conflict

Obvious differences of opinion or heated debates may arise, yet the team remains uncertain about how to move forward.

05

Blame Culture

Mistakes are denied, and fingers are pointed.

06

Accountability on One Person

Accountability still rests solely with the leader.

What Makes The Five Behaviors® Different

Typical Team Building vs The Five Behaviors®

Typical Team Building

  • Team bonding activities, experiential events, or generic workshops
  • Focus on individuals or short-term engagement
  • Difficult conversations and underlying issues often remain unaddressed
  • Commitment often diminish after the event
  • Accountability still sits with the leader
  • Long-standing team problems remain

The Five Behaviors®

  • A proven team development model based on Patrick Lencioni’s best-selling book
  • Address and resolve persistent team challenges
  • Builds Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results
  • A comprehensive system, not a one-time event
  • Delivers outcomes traditional team-building rarely achieves
  • Scalable across teams and the organization
Unique value:a systematic solution that resolves long-standing team challenges and delivers results traditional team-building cannot.

How does The Five Behaviors® Work?

The Five Behaviors® Model

Based on Patrick Lencioni’s New York Times best-selling book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, cohesive teams master five interconnected behaviors that build on each other.

Starting with The Five Behaviors assessment, team members will gain insights about themselves, others and their approach to teamwork. These insights are then translated into practical actions through a facilitated team experience that develops the behaviors required for sustained team performance.
