Michael has a solid professional background in the training field. He has obtained professional degree certification globally, including an MBA degree at the National University of South Australia. He is an authorized, certified lecturer for DDI leadership in the United States, and a Genos EI EQ certified lecturer, DiSC Certified lecturer, and consultant.

Michael has served as a senior sales manager and lecturer at the Macau School of Management, the Dean of the School of Leadership and Management at Jabil Enterprise University, and the Mattel Group as a senior manager for talent management and organizational development.

Many years of working experience in different fields have laid a solid foundation for Michael to deliver leadership and management and sales training courses. He is good at providing management talent development, creative problem solving, persuasive communication, professional sales skills, negotiation skills, and other practical skills courses that provide practical and effective methods for companies to improve their competitiveness and efficiency.
